Swedish massage

A gentle full body treatment using long, gliding strokes, kneading, and light-to-medium pressure to relax muscles, boost circulation, and reduce stress.

Therapeutic Massage

A targeted, results-oriented treatment designed to relieve chronic pain, muscle tension, and structural imbalances, often used for injury recovery.

Harmony Massage

Our signature experience blends Swedish and therapeutic massage with aromatherapy, hot stones or cupping, total body stretching, reflexology, reiki, and rapid tension relief to melt away tension and bring the body into complete relaxation.

Couples massage

A relaxing massage experience for two designed to promote connection, relaxation, and overall well-being in a tranquil, private setting.

Massages will be back-to-back, one after the other, 60 minutes each.

Prenatal massage
